Lis Lawrence runs weekly painting workshops throughout the year. (There is an eight week break in the summer.)

The group is mixed ability, which means some might not have picked up a brush or pencil since school, whilst others are quite experienced painters.

Sessions take place in the barn, there are easels available, paper for sale and a range of basic materials can be borrowed initially. Students work mainly with acrylics, though other media are introduced. It is lively and sociable atmosphere, with coffee breaks in the cottage.
